Except for the random dog barks, the house it quiet. I have much to do and need to get started. There is power in silence. I've spent the last hour of silence: praying for so many, crying, rejoicing, and in opening mail, received just over $125.00 for misc. refunds (I'm not asking questions). Every cent went to Darren @ Reece's Rainbow. If we are not meant to adopt him, then I can help provide funds for someone who is willing. Yes, I'd cry if another family committed to him, tears of joy that once again someone who calls upon the Lord, stepped out on faith and said. Yes, Lord. Here I am, use me.
"Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you." - James 1:27
"And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me." - Matthew 18:5
The Davis family posted pictures of their son, Kirill, on his Gotcha Day. Their journey is a reminder of just how much our God is control, how faith can move mountains, and how He alone is moving nations. I found myself smiling so grand, that my cheeks started to hurt.
While visiting The Davis's blog http://www.oureyesopened.blogspot.com/ I saw a picture with two familiar faces on it. Two young boys that I'd seen on Reece's Rainbow. When I first saw the pictures on RR, I remember thinking, "What happened to these two boys? They have cuts and bruises all over their heads and face."

Well...now I know. While looking at the rest of the pictures of the boys, I sobbed. They have a condition that needs proper medical attention. Praise God that these two boys are still alive. Thank you, Jesus for the family willing to accept your call and to provide a home for these two precious souls.
Another family I will be raising up in prayer for sure. http://bringingcarsonhome.blogspot.com/
