Here is what we know about Priscilla. She was born in February 2010. Priscilla has many facial features of FAS. She is also struggling with "pre-leukemia", also known as congenital Myelodysplastic syndrome. She really needs to get home!!

Character: cheerful, active, friendly, communicative, likes to play with different toys.
So basically she is a happy toddler that needs a family that can provide her good medical care and lots of love.
